Recent upgrade to windows 10 from 7. New maps version v9. Tom Tom disscussions show there are compatibility problems with windows 10 and My drive connect mydrive connect per windows 10 have not been resolved. I have spent from just after 10 am this morning till 4 mydrivr allowing Microsoft remote access to my computer hoping to resolve the problems without success with un-usable usb connections and a satnav not fit for purpose.
